Who we are
boss is an AI-powered business assistant on WhatsApp. You send us a message describing what you do, and we help you set up and run a small business: a brand, an online storefront, marketing material, and coaching. You are always talking to an AI assistant, not a human, and we say so in the conversation.
What we collect
- WhatsApp messages you send to our number — text, voice notes, and images — together with your phone number and WhatsApp profile name.
- Business details you share (what you sell, prices, location, payment details you want shown to customers) and the content we generate with you.
- Storefront activity — pages you publish through boss are public, and we collect basic visit and click statistics for them.
- Service metadata such as message delivery status and usage costs, used to operate and improve the service.
How we use it
- To provide the service: generating your brand, storefront, and marketing material, and replying to your messages.
- Your messages are processed by AI models, including third-party model providers acting on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.
- Messaging runs on the WhatsApp Business Platform, so message delivery is handled by Meta under its own terms.
Payments
boss never holds or transfers money. Payment details shown on your storefront are the ones you provide, displayed so your customers can pay you directly.
Your choices
- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from us.
- Email support@goboss.ai to request a copy of your data or to have your account and data deleted, including any published storefront.
Retention
We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as needed to run the service, then delete or anonymize it. Published storefronts stay online until you unpublish them or ask us to remove them.
