Currently, our team needs a recruiter in the HR department.
Requirements:
- Higher education, preferably in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in personnel recruitment, preferably in the concierge services or customer service field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly assess the professional and personal qualities of candidates.
- Skills in working with various personnel search and recruitment tools.
- High level of organization and ability to work in a multitasking environment.
- Confident use of computer programs and databases for personnel recruitment.
- Aspiration for continuous improvement and learning.
Responsibilities:
- Full recruitment cycle: from drafting job profiles to making offers to candidates.
- Posting vacancies on various platforms (job search websites, social networks, professional communities, etc.).
- Conducting phone and face-to-face (video) interviews with candidates, assessing their professional and personal qualities.
- Ensuring a high level of candidates through proactive search and headhunting.
- Coordinating candidates through all selection stages, including the adaptation period.
- Maintaining and updating the candidate database.
- Participating in the development and implementation of personnel assessment and selection methods.
- Interacting with management and company departments to determine personnel needs and clarify job requirements.
- Reporting on completed tasks and recruitment performance metrics.
