Our team needs a Talent Development Specialist for the HR department.
Requirements:
- Higher education, preferably in human resource management, psychology, sociology, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in training and staff adaptation, ideally in concierge services or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly assess professional and personal qualities of candidates.
- High level of organization and ability to work under multitasking conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Adapting staff to the company's internal standards and regulations.
- Training staff, particularly business assistants, to improve their work efficiency, client care, and consequently, enhance our services.
- Analyzing staff communication with clients, identifying weak points in client interaction processes, and developing proposals to address them.
- Coordinating candidates' progress through all recruitment stages, including the adaptation period.
- Maintaining a database of employees reflecting their professional and personal qualities, and drafting development plans.
- Developing and implementing employee assessment and selection methods.
- Reporting on completed tasks.
Format: Remote work.
